Organizational Management Dashboard (Bevera Solutions)

Overview

BeVera Solutions required a scalable and modular system to manage complex organizational structures, personnel data, contracts, and logged interactions. The result was a data-driven, web-based dashboard that visualizes multi-level organizational hierarchies and supports operations across various departments. The dashboard centralizes personnel, contract, and interaction data to improve transparency and enhance organizational oversight. It supports dynamic, recursive organizational modeling, allowing unlimited nesting of sub-units and role-based assignments.

My Responsibilities

• Worked as a Full Stack Engineer, responsible for designing the architecture, developing business logic, implementing UI/UX components, and integrating third-party services.
• Developed dynamic organization hierarchy visualization with drill-down capability for sub-units and parent-child relationships.
• Built modules to manage personnel profiles, link individuals to contracts and teams, and track responsibilities across organizational levels.
• Created a contract management module allowing contract assignments to both individuals and organizations, with advanced filtering and tracking of contract statuses.
• Implemented an interaction logging system to store communication history with timestamps, participants, and notes.
• Designed a responsive, role-based user interface using React.js, Tailwind CSS, Zustand, and React Tanstack Query.
• Integrated various AWS services for authentication, hosting, and data storage to ensure system reliability and scalability.

Challenges & Solutions

Addressed challenges related to recursive hierarchy rendering and dynamic role/contract assignment using tree traversal and relational logic.
